The Gilded Latitude — a hazy golden-apricot Weizen IPA of radiant precision. Tropical mango, ripe apricot, and citrus dry-hop unfold beneath wheat softness, finished with a whisper of clove and clean bitterness. Brewed by Operations Engineer David Stead ABV 6.2%.

The White Solstice — a pale straw Berliner Weiße with a Waldmeister-green blush. Tart lactic freshness, fresh woodruff, and green apple unfold beneath champagne-like effervescence, lifted by delicate sweetness. Brewed by Guest Brewer Alison Wheeler ABV 3.2%.

The Copper Reverie — a vivid copper-amber IPA with a rebellious streak. Grapefruit zest, passionfruit, and fresh pine resin unfold beneath a floral dry-hop aroma, finished with clean, refined bitterness. Brewed by Guest Brewer Briana Corrigan ABV 6.8%.
